This is a website dedicated to the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. If you were born and raised in Baltimore, there's no reason why you should be a fan of any teams other than these two.

Orioles

The Baltimore Ravens are a professional football team in the North Division based in Baltimore, MD. The team originated in 1996 when Art Modell planned to relocate his team (The Cleveland Browns) to Baltimore. The team's name was inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's poem "The Raven." The Ravens have had a very successful career, with two Super Bowl victories in 2000 and 2012. They're currently the only team in the whole NFL with a perfect record in multiple Super Bowl appearances. The current head coach of the Baltimore Ravens is John Harbaugh.

The Baltimore Orioles are a professional baseball team in the Eastern Division of the MLB's American League. Like their name says, they are based in Baltimore, Maryland. The Orioles' nicknames are the O's and the Birds. Their greatest success was during 1964-1983, along with the mid 1990's. They have one three World Series Championships in 1966, 1970, and 1983. The Baltimore Orioles have also had five Most Valuable Player awards: Brooks Robinson in 1964, Frank Robinson in 1966, Boog Powell in 1970, and Cal Ripken, Jr. in 1983 & 1991.
